Gastroteca is a contemporary grill restaurant located on the banks of the Cali River in the west of the city. Our roots are in the traditional cuisine of the wine producing regions of Argentina, Spain and Italy. However, we constantly experiment with local products including vegetables from our garden in the western mountain range.

Our recipes revolve around the fires of the grill and the clay oven . We prepare everything from imported meat cuts to vegetables, pastas and risottos. We have an extensive wine list from small and medium producers from seven countries. They are special, rare wines, ranging from organic productions to limited editions. All wines are imported exclusively by Vinos del Río. ​
