The San Antonio cloud forest is a very special ecosystem just 30 minutes away from Cali in the western mountain range. There is our organic garden. We grow 3 different varieties of kale, long onion, aromatic herbs, tomatoes, pumpkin, corn, romaine lettuce, arracacha, radish, among many others. All the vegetables and herbs from the garden are the basis of the recipes for the Gastroteca dishes.
Mr. Rubio is the one who dedicates all his days to cultivating, harvesting and taking care of our garden. Their dedication is transmitted in each of the vegetables we consume in the restaurant.
