Mendocina, Argentina. She studied in Mendoza, took her irst steps in 2003, as a service and kitchen intern, in the 1884 Restaurant of Francis Mallman, in the Escorihuela Gascón winery. After several years of intense work and travel, her restless soul allowed her to work and develop in different projects of hotels, wineries and restaurants in different cities of his country. Each experience helped her to perfect herself in different techniques and approaches to the kitchen. In 2013 she opened his first restaurant in society, which was awarded by the Ministry of Tourism of Mendoza. Soon, with the work and recognition in their training, the advice comes to different enterprises, cooking classes, event organization and sale of their own products. Installed in Colombia, in Gas.tro.teca, it continues inviting us to enjoy its eclectic and innovative proposal, fusing homemade and traditional cuisine with a truly gourmet style.
